- Your electronic or physical signature (a scanned signature or valid electronic signature is acceptable for email submissions).

5. Misrepresentation Warning
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to legal liability, including damages and costs. If You are unsure whether the material infringes Your copyright, You are advised to seek independent legal counsel before submitting a notice.
6. Limitation of Inquiries
The Company should be contacted only for copyright infringement matters relating to content on the Website/App or Services. All other inquiries will not be responded to under this policy and should be directed through the appropriate feedback or support mechanisms available on the Website/App.
7. Electronic Record
This Copyright Policy constitutes an electronic record generated by a computer system in accordance with applicable laws and does not require physical or digital signatures.
